VIP details & customer policies
Monthly VIP renews until cancelled. One Month Only lasts 30 days with no automatic renewal. Cancelling a subscription keeps access through its paid-through date. VIP offers queue priority, applicable raid alerts and Discord VIP status, never paid kits or exclusive resources.
Gift purchases are checked against the recipient's linked account before payment. Eligible credit applies only within its original product, server and expiry restrictions. Your purchase review confirms the exact credit and cash amounts before you commit.
VIP server transfers
If you accidentally purchase VIP for the wrong EXILED server, you may request one server transfer within 12 hours of the original purchase. Only one transfer is permitted per order. The existing remaining VIP period is moved without resetting or extending its expiry. Once transferred, that order cannot be moved again.
After Test Generator delivery is confirmed, join your selected server and use the Here, Take This gesture in game.
