These terms, the product description and order confirmation form your agreement. The linked Privacy Policy explains our use of information. Existing purchases retain their original terms; mandatory consumer rights take priority.
Products and payment
One Month VIP costs £5.99 for 30 days, with one payment and no automatic renewal. Monthly VIP costs £5.99 per calendar month and renews until cancelled. One Test Generator costs £5.00, with one payment and no renewal. Lifetime VIP is available only when expressly offered, under its displayed description and price.
Check the review's server, recipient, price, credit, amount due and renewal charge before confirming. Gift codes and PlayExiled Credit retain their existing product, server, ownership and expiry restrictions.
Activation and delivery
You need Rust Console Edition, platform access and correctly linked Exiled Discord and game accounts. Supply begins after payment and eligibility checks, normally within a few minutes. Gifts go to the selected eligible recipient.
VIP supplies the advertised server benefits, including queue priority and applicable raid alerts, without guaranteeing immediate entry or exemption from rules. Normal wipes do not end paid VIP access.
After confirmed Test Generator delivery, join your server and use the Here, Take This gesture. Report failed or incorrect fulfilment through an Exiled ticket with your order number, or email if tickets are inaccessible. We will investigate and correct it; do not purchase again to fix it.
Monthly renewal
Confirming Monthly VIP authorises the displayed monthly charge until you stop renewal. Cancel in My Account before the next charge, or contact support. There is no cancellation fee. Paid access continues until its paid-through date; stopping renewal does not automatically refund benefits supplied.
Material changes to future pricing or benefits require advance notice, an opportunity to stop renewal and agreement where required. Existing paid periods are protected. Legacy subscriptions retain their original provider and management route.
Commercial refund policy
We do not offer discretionary change-of-mind refunds after successful activation or delivery. In-game losses, a change of plans or legitimate enforcement of published rules do not in themselves create a discretionary refund entitlement. This policy does not restrict statutory cancellation rights or remedies for failed, incorrect or defective supply.
Where correction is not sufficient or the law requires another remedy, we will provide the appropriate price reduction or refund. Refunds owed in money are not replaced with store credit without your agreement. If we discontinue a paid service, future billing stops and the unused paid portion is addressed fairly.
Statutory cancellation and immediate supply
UK consumers normally have 14 days from the day after a distance service contract is made to cancel. Send a clear statement to our email or postal address before the deadline. The form below is optional. Missing required information may extend the period.
We ask for your express request before starting supply during this period. If you then cancel, you may owe only a lawful proportionate amount for service actually supplied, provided the required request and information were given. Activation alone does not extinguish cancellation rights for an ongoing VIP period. Loss of rights on full performance of a service, or supply of separate digital content, requires the applicable prior express consent, acknowledgement and contract confirmation; these terms are not a blanket waiver.
Statutory cancellation refunds are made without undue delay and within 14 days after notice, less lawful deductions, normally by the original payment method. Statutory price-reduction refunds are made within 14 days after agreement. No refund fee applies.

VIP server corrections
If you accidentally purchase VIP for the wrong EXILED server, you may request one server transfer within 12 hours of the original purchase. Only one transfer is permitted per order. The existing remaining VIP period is moved without resetting or extending its expiry. Once transferred, that order cannot be moved again.
Rules, responsibility and complaints
Players must follow published rules. Restrictions and paid-service issues are assessed separately. Maintenance and outages can affect availability; material failures are addressed fairly.
We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach or failure to use reasonable care and skill. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or consumer remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
